DME Academy Sarasota's Parent Code of Conduct requires parents to be supportive, respect officials, parents, coaches and volunteers at all times. Parents must comply with all club policies and only discuss their child's status with leadership at mutually agreed times, never within 24 hours of a game.

Prohibited behaviors include:

• Engaging in dissent toward officials.
• Unsportsmanlike conduct with any official, coach, or parent.
• Interfering with a coach's duties.
• Acting detrimentally to the team or club verbal or physical.
• Negative conversations around teammates, parents, others.
• Sideline coaching
• Negative social media posts about DME or Coach or Team
• Recruiting of DME players for self interests.

The club utilizes a tiered disciplinary system for misconduct:

• Tier 1: Written warning, discussion, potential suspension based on severity.
• Tier 2: Parent or player suspension from club activities for up to three games/tournaments.
• Tier 3: Expulsion

Each infraction is different and at the discretion of the DOC.
