We offer a new training approach to developing female leaders of tomorrow through the sport of soccer. Our athletes share a commitment level that rivals professional athletes, and our approach to supporting their goals equals that effort.

Introducing a new way to play, improve, and get noticed. We're not reliant on leagues for exposure or introductions. Our pathways, relationships, and off-the-field add-ons make our soccer program unique and exciting.

On Field Training

Practice Cadence: 

2016 and under train 2x per week. Add on a 3rd training session, once per month for DME FIT as a team. 

2015-2013 train 2x per week. Add on a 3rd training session, every other week for DME FIT & DME EDU sessions as a team. 

2012 and older train 3x per week. Add on a 4th training session, every other week for DME FIT & DME EDU sessions as a team. 

Off Field Training

Off the field, we train just as hard. With custom, unique programs, designed specifically for female athlete development - we go the extra mile. DME FIT is a sport-specific, fitness program geared for agility, speed, balance, and core work to strengthen our female athletes. Game Film Focused, monthly, mandatory sessions for all teams to evaluate games, formations, and positional roles in an EDU setting. Evolving Athletes is our quarterly team mindset performance training with Vince Malts. College Coach Webinars, with D1, D2, D3 coaches educating our players on expectations, opportunities, and more.
