Riddle

Neil comes to us with more than 20 years of coaching experience holding multiple licenses with both USSF and NSCAA. Most recently, Neil acted as the Director of Coaching at ISC Gunners FC and Dragons FC in Washington State. He also co-founded and coached at the Puget Sound Premier League Academy working with both the boys and girls Washington State elite teams. Early on in his coaching career, Neil managed clubs in Florida as well, including working as the Technical Director and coach for the Hernando Heat Soccer Club and also the Director of Coaching and coach for the Brooksville Raid Soccer Club. 

As a player, Neil played for ten years in the Hampshire League Div 1 and the Jewson Wessex League in England.
