Before a coach ever stands in front of your athlete, they clear three things. We screen at Level Two on purpose — because the standard is the floor, not the goal.
Licensed & Qualified
The majority of our staff hold serious coaching licenses and coach the age groups that match their qualification and experience. Where they don’t, it is because they bring experience built over decades — national championships, collegiate coaching, and a history of producing top-ten teams in the state. Licenses matter. So does experience, and the ability to connect with your athlete.
SafeSport Certified
Every coach and staff member is SafeSport certified and re-certified. It covers abuse prevention, reporting duties and the boundaries that protect young athletes.
Level Two Background Screened
Every person who works with our players clears a Level Two background screening — the fingerprint-based state and national check, not a basic name search. We pay for it ourselves. You should not have to ask.

Credentials get you in the door. They are not what makes the difference on a Tuesday night in February.

They know your athlete’s name, their position, and what they are working on. Youth soccer is a relationship business before it is a results business, and our coaches treat it that way.

Coaches who love the game and have been in your athlete’s shoes — players and coaches with real playing careers behind them, teaching from experience rather than a manual.

Sessions run at pace from the first minute. No standing in lines, no long talks — the energy on the field comes from the person running it, and ours bring it every session.

Every coach in this club teaches the same principles of play, the same technical standard, and the same words. A player moving up an age group is not starting over with a new philosophy.
