The Story
DME Sarasota
DME Academy - Sarasota exists because we identified a hole in the market and have a dream of keeping the talent in our area, well, in our area. Large gaps in games and practice schedules forced us to create additional training for committed and passionate players. It started as "Aggression Academy" in 2020 and quickly grew to training sessions with 50-100 athletes and a tournament team model for those athletes that wanted more soccer. We simply wanted more than we were getting from our local clubs and found out there are many like-minded families out there.
Today, DME Academy - Sarasota consists of a tri-venture ownership group that includes DME Academy in Daytona, a boarding school and elite training campus serving more than 250+ athletes, IOI Ventures, a youth sports marketing, sales, and investment company, and Antista Enterprises. As of March 1, '23, this group purchased Next Generation Soccer Academy.
Moving forward, our commitment is to the player. "Just good enough" soccer, is not good enough for us and we are dedicated to providing athletes more.
Our
Philosophy
We demand focused, competitive, and committed participation from our players and their families. This doesn’t mean that your athlete has to be the best. It does mean that they are willing to work to be the best version of themselves.
At DME Sarasota:
- We practice to win and we play to win.
- We expect our players and their families to share that vision when it comes to their development.
- We are committed to growth, the game, and each other. No exceptions.
