Having coached with premier programs like South Tampa Gold and Tampa Bay United, Federico is a trusted name in both private and group training across the Tampa and Jacksonville areas.

His journey began in Jacksonville as a technical trainer with Supreme Footskills—an academy recognized for shaping some of the region’s most promising Pre-ECNL and Pre-MLS players. From there, Federico elevated his impact by joining Sporting Patagonia and the South American Futbol Academy in Tampa, where he worked hands-on with athletes at every stage, from youth development to elite ECNL competitors.

Today, Federico leads The Training Ground—his own elite training academy—where he continues to develop well-rounded, technically sharp athletes. He also heads Finesse Futsal, a competitive futsal program that sharpens footwork, speed, and tactical intelligence at the highest level.
