DME Academies boys program continues to prove why it’s one of the premier soccer academies in Florida. At this year’s Tampa Cup, our boys put on a show—finishing the weekend with a remarkable 24-11-1 overall record and bringing home three championships across the program.

Champions Crowned

Our teams showed they can compete and win when the trophy is on the line, with multiple age groups going undefeated en route to titles:

• 2009 NAL Boys – Champions (4-0)

• 2010 EA Boys – Champions (4-0)

• 2010 NAL Boys – Champions (4-0)

Each championship run showcased the depth of talent across our program, with the boys delivering consistent performances on both sides of the ball. A HUGE shoutout to Lucas Diaz and his 2009 boys on their PK win in the finals, where he stopped three shots!

Building a Winning Culture

The Tampa Cup results speak volumes: 24 wins, 11 losses, and just 1 draw across the weekend. More importantly, our boys showed that DME Academy Sarasota is developing players who compete with character, resilience, and a commitment to growth.

The Tampa Cup was another step forward in building a winning culture that prepares our athletes for what comes next—whether that’s Elite Academy, NAL, or maybe something even bigger down the line!
