Today, August 27th, the DME Academy, Sarasota older boy athletes traveled to Daytona to train with the High School National Team. Over twenty athletes were bused up to Daytona for two sessions with Coach Thales Peterson and his staff. Coach Greg Atkin and Jake Dube, from Sarasota, accompanied the boys on the trip. More than forty athletes were on the pitch today, focusing on technical work and small-sided gameplay. The training event is one of many planned for the Sarasota soccer athletes of DME Academy.

Not only does it provide the athletes a glimpse into campus life up in Daytona, but it also allows them different perspectives from our experienced and energized coaching staff.
