Introducing The Ignite The Dream Collective, a first-of-its-kind Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) initiative designed to connect student-athletes with local businesses, brands, and community partners through creative marketing opportunities.

Launching in Fall 2026, the Ignite The Dream Collective will select 10 student-athletes to serve as ambassadors for participating local businesses and sponsors. Through content creation, social media campaigns, community appearances, and brand storytelling, athletes will gain valuable real-world experience while helping businesses connect with the next generation of consumers.

“We believe today’s student-athletes are more than competitors—they are leaders, creators, influencers, and entrepreneurs,” said Jared Antista, CEO and Co-Founder of DME Academy Sarasota. “The Ignite The Dream Collective is about giving athletes the opportunity to build their personal brand, develop professional skills, and create meaningful partnerships with businesses that believe in their future.”

The program will provide selected athletes with opportunities to:

• Participate in sponsored content campaigns
• Develop personal branding and marketing skills
• Create professional social media content
• Represent local businesses and community organizations
• Gain experience working with brands and marketing professionals
• Build a foundation for future NIL opportunities at the collegiate level

Unlike traditional sponsorship models, the Ignite The Dream Collective focuses on creating authentic partnerships that benefit both athletes and businesses. Participating sponsors will have the opportunity to align their brand with driven, high-character student-athletes while supporting youth development within the Sarasota community.

Athletes selected for the inaugural class will work alongside DME Academy, Sarasota marketing professionals, photographers, videographers, and local business leaders throughout the year to create engaging content and promotional campaigns.

The initiative reflects DME Academy, Sarasota’s continued commitment to preparing athletes not only for success on the field, but for success in life.
