The program will be led and mentored by Jared Antista, an entrepreneur and sports marketing executive with more than 15 years of experience building businesses, brands, and opportunities within the sports industry.
Jared’s entrepreneurial journey began as a co-founder of Go Pro Workouts, an early sports technology and fitness platform launched in 2009. His career later included leadership roles in digital marketing at IMG Academy and marketing at Legacy Global Sports, giving him experience at the intersection of sports, business, technology, and athlete development.
In 2019, Jared founded Integrity Over Income (IOI Ventures), a marketing and business development company working with organizations across sports and other industries. He has since continued to launch, acquire, and help grow multiple sports-focused ventures, including DME Academy Sarasota, while developing programs and partnerships designed to create opportunities for young athletes.
As a former NCAA Division II soccer player, coach, business owner, and father of young athletes, Jared brings both the athlete and entrepreneur perspective to the program. His mentorship will focus on sharing real-world lessons from starting companies, building teams, marketing businesses, developing brands, selling ideas, navigating failures, and turning opportunities into sustainable businesses.
The goal isn’t simply to teach students about entrepreneurship — it’s to give them access to someone actively doing it and help them understand how the same mindset that drives success in sports can become an advantage in business and life.
