Erik Visser is a Dutch-born soccer coach and athletics administrator with more than four decades of experience in the U.S. collegiate game. A former Ajax youth player and two-time NCAA champion at the University of San Francisco, Visser spent 35 years at USF as a player, coach, and administrator, including 13 seasons as head coach of the men’s program. He led the Dons to four NCAA Tournament appearances and three West Coast Conference titles while earning multiple Coach of the Year honors. Visser later served as Athletic Director at Solano College and continues to work in player development and college soccer mentorship. Erik also scouts for the US Talent pool on the west coast.
