Discuss the opportunity with your DME coach first.

2 Coach → Director

The coach communicates with the appropriate DME Director.

3 DME → Plan

We review schedule, workload, development value and DME commitments.

4 Go Play.

When it makes sense, we’ll help put the plan in motion.
