Entering her third season with the academy, Jen holds the vital role of registrar/administrator, diligently managing academy registrations, orchestrating league logistics and scheduling, handling county communications, and offering unwavering support to teams and coaches alike. With a background in education, she earned her bachelor’s degree and dedicated several years to elementary teaching before transitioning to academic tutoring to prioritize her growing family of four children, aged 9 to 18.

As a devoted mother, her passion for youth development extends beyond the confines of the classroom. Witnessing her son’s journey as a member of the 2008 Boys DME team brings her immense pride, fostering his love for the sport while nurturing values of teamwork and commitment. Through her role within the academy, she endeavors to cultivate a nurturing environment where each player can flourish both athletically and personally.
