The DME Academy Sarasota UPSL squad is rolling through the Premier League (top division). Sitting at the top of the Florida West Division table with an undefeated record of 5-1-0, the team has strung together five straight wins, scoring 17 goals and conceding just 9 along the way. With only four matches left in regular-season play, the path to playoff glory is wide open — and DME looks every bit the part of a contender.

What makes this team special isn’t just the record — it’s the people behind it. The roster is a true reflection of the DME community: a mix of standout local talent, alumni, and even DME coaches who’ve laced up to lead by example. Sr. players like Coach Rich Hines and Coach Jivan Rodriquez  have delivered clutch performances, while Coach John Taylor, Coach Conrad Kozlowski have already netted game-changing goals. Even the young guns from the 2010 and 2009 boys are starting to work in and contribute. Dylan Honorato, a 2009 player scored this past weekend in a 6-2 W over IMG.

“It’s a great opportunity to bring together younger players from our academy teams and mix them what leadership and experience of our staff and community. With support of the organization and a solid team where everyone is playing a part, its certainly special.” said Head Coach Jake Dube.

“Love playing with these guys. Dylan, Ryder play for my 09 NAL team and now we share a field. It’s special to play with other coaches like JT and Jivan, and then seeing former players like Cody, Noah, Reese, Alan, Brandon and Marco succeed, it’s something special.” said Coach Konrad Kozlowski

Each game has become a statement: that DME Academy isn’t just developing the next generation of players — it’s proving that DME players and coaches can compete and win at every level. The culture of “Do More Every Day” runs deep through this roster, blending passion, professionalism, and experience into a winning formula.
