DME Academy, Sarasota Sends 8 Athletes To The College & Pro Ranks!
April 18, 2024
The 2005/2006 Boys Black Team have had a heck of a 23/24 year and it’s not over yet! Led by Coach Jake Dube, the boys found common ground and rallied to an impressive 13-3 record in the Elite Academy Southwest Region. They currently hold the National Qualifier and will find out on May 12th if they’ve earned a spot in the National Championship event in St. Louis, Missouri this June.
In the first ever graduating class at DME Academy, Sarasota, the program has eight athletes that will continue on to play either professional or collegiate soccer.
“I couldn’t be more proud of this group. Coaching these young men this year has been an absolute pleasure. My goal is to send as many players to the next level as possible and to have this many players able to pursue their passion further is amazing. This is why I coach the game and I’ll do whatever I can to support their goals. Wishing the best of luck to these special players.” – Jake Dube
Join us April 26th at 6:00 PM for a on-the-field signing day event at Tatum Ridge Elementary. All club and non club members are welcome and we will transition from this event to the DME Daytona verse DME Sarasota annual scrimmage at 7PM. A perfect send off for our boys!
