Kelly Grebner, MPH, RD

I’m a performance dietitian with a passion for helping athletes fuel their best. As a former Division 1 basketball player and professional athlete, I understand how tough it can be to balance training, recovery, and nutrition. I’ve been there myself—struggling to figure out what my body needed to perform at the highest level.

Now, I use my experience to guide athletes like you. I’ve had the privilege of working with professional athletes at the top of their game, and I know the impact that the right nutrition can have on performance and health. Whether you’re chasing a championship or just want to feel and play your best, I’m here to help.
