DME Academy, powered by SAI, is looking for passionate and qualified educational guides (AKA Student Success Coach) to join our team and support our student-athletes through a blended academic learning model that combines academic excellence with individualized instruction and personalization. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and support students throughout the academic day (12pm - 4pm), ensuring they remain on-task and engaged.
• Help track academic progress, set goals with students, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Foster a respectful and productive classroom culture that reflects DME and SAI core values.
• Collaborate with academic leadership to promote instructional consistency and curriculum growth.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and adherence to school policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience is preferred.
• Preferred: Teaching certification and/or completion of accredited teacher training program is preferred but not necessary. 
• Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
• Excellent communication, time management, and classroom management skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Background and SafeSport certification will be required

Schedule & Compensation:

• Job Types: Part-time 
• Hours: Monday–Friday; 12-4 PM 
• Pay: $20/hour 
• Location: In-person only (North Venice at GSI) 201 Triple Diamond,North Venice, FL
