DME Academy Sarasota Players Earn U.S. Soccer Girls Talent ID Call-Up

December 16, 2025

DME Academy Sarasota is proud to announce that Charlotte Haverstick and Silvana Burgos, members of our highly competitive 2012 Girls team, have been officially identified and invited to U.S. Soccer Girls Talent ID pool play, representing DME Academy on the national stage.

This recognition places Charlotte and Silvana among a select group of players nationwide identified by U.S. Soccer for their technical quality, game understanding, athletic profile, and long-term potential. Their invitation reflects not only individual excellence, but also the continued growth and credibility of DME Academy as a destination for elite player development.

Both players have been part of DME Academy since the earliest stages of the program and exemplify the standards, work ethic, and mentality the club strives to instill every day.

“We are so proud — and I am incredibly happy for these girls,” said Jared Antista, Owner and GM of DME Academy Sarasota.
“They are core to what we are building here and have been with us since day one. Their selection is well deserved.”

The 2012 Girls group at DME Academy has consistently demonstrated depth, competitiveness, and commitment, and this call-up is a reflection of the environment created within the team. While Charlotte and Silvana will represent the club at this stage, the message within the program remains clear: opportunity is earned daily.

“The talent here runs deep,” Antista added.
“There are plenty of worthy, hard-working, and motivated players in this group who will use this as fuel and motivation. One thing is for sure — DME is being recognized as a talent producer, and this is just the first step of many.”

DME Academy continues to focus on long-term development, providing players with the training, competition, and exposure needed to reach the highest levels of the game, in many cases not through league access but year-round programming and solid play. As national recognition grows, so does the responsibility to maintain standards, culture, and ambition.

Congratulations to Charlotte Haverstick and Silvana Burgos on this outstanding achievement. We look forward to watching them represent DME Academy with pride and continue their development on the national pathway.
